Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) affects 1 in 5 people in the UK and 20% of the UK have a food allergy or intolerance. As an IBS sufferer, I was frustrated at the lack of convenience foods and drinks available for IBS and for those of us that require to follow a low FODMAP diet or have a food allergy or intolerance.

So I set out on a mission to create Fodilicious to help others enjoy delicious, high quality, all natural health foods and drinks certified for all stages of the low FODMAP diet. All our products are clean label – no nasty additives, preservatives, artificial flavours, colours. Handmade in our dedicated allergen free facility to cater for free from, allergen free and plant-based diets and to eat with confidence. Low calorie and so delicious for everyone to enjoy, even if you have a sensitive tum!
