IBS & DIETARY REQUIREMENTS
This Easter weekend is a very different one due to the COVID-19 pandemic. However it’s so important to enjoy yourself whilst keeping safe in the comfort of your own home! Celebrating Easter with IBS and food intolerances is so important to us at Fodilicious.
We’ve put together a list of fun Easter activities to enjoy during lockdown:
1. Why not follow tradition and conduct an Easter egg hunt in your garden for you and your loved ones to get into the Easter holiday spirit!
2. Get your creative juices flowing and try out some healthy Easter recipes with your store cupboard ingredients, post it on social media and tag us!
3. Self-care is especially important during such unprecedented times. Run a hot bubble bath, grab your favourite book or binge watch your favourite series. All of these will help you get into a good headspace!
The Easter holidays are centralised around Easter eggs, chocolate goodies and lots of sweet treats.
Whilst it’s nice to indulge, for those with Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) and other food intolerances, it can be a real challenge.
