Amazing food!! I really struggle to find food that’s quick and easy to make when having to eat Low FODMAP!! The Green Thai Curry was absolutely gorgeous! I can’t wait to order again!! Also fab for the freezer!! Delivery was also perfect, can highly recommend xxx

I absolutely love these meals, they are by far the best gluten, dairy free and IBS friendly ready meals I have ever tried. They taste delicious, home cooked and full of healthy foods. I have tried 5 of their meals and non-disappointed. I would highly recommend these meals and would definitely get them again! My food order from Lauren was brilliant! The portion sizes were perfect, filling and looked great too. The packaging was great and has the added bonus of being fully recyclable. My favourite two were the Bravas Chicken and the Chicken Masala - the balance of spices were perfect! Felt great to eat and not be bloated, sore and have many other of the nasty soide effects of IBS and Coeliacs.
Fodilicious is the perfect place to shop for all your dietry requirements, especially when you are constantly on the go or, just have a busy few days/weeks and cooking really isn't an option.

We've had a couple of orders from Fodilicious and can't fault their customer service. Their products are great for those following a low fodmap diet. It's so convenient for me to be able to have a few suitable ready meals available for when I can't face cooking.
