ARE MEALS FROZEN OR FRESH?
Our meals are freshly prepared to order and dispatched the same day. Your meals will arrive fresh with a shelf life of 5 days, and can be frozen up to 3 months.
ARE MEALS AND SNACKS HEALTHY?
Our meals and snacks are low in calories check the ingredients and nutritional information for each item in our shop.
ARE FODILICIOUS PRODUCTS GLUTEN FREE?
We cater for people who suffer from Irritable Bowel Syndrome (Low FODMAP), Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Nut Free Soya Free, Wheat Free diets and some of our products are allergen free please read the nutrition in the online shop . We also have products suitable for vegans.

Yes our meals and snacks are suitable for everyone to enjoy as they taste delicious!
WHY DO THE MEALS EXCLUDE ONION & GARLIC?
Onions and garlic are ingredients found in most food recipes. Lots of people suffer after eating these ingredients. We have replaced onion and garlic with alternative low FODMAP ingredients and there is no compromise on taste!
ARE FODILICIOUS FOOD PRODUCTS SUITABLE FOR ALL STAGES OF THE LOW FODMAP DIET?
Yes! We shipped our meals and snacks all the way to Australia for laboratory testing and Fodilicious meals are the world’s first FODMAP FRIENDLY CERTIFIED meal products and our snack – Fodilicious Cookie Buttons are the UK’s first FODMAP FRIENDLY certified snack product! This means that you can shop and eat with confidence throughout all stages of the low FODMAP diet and beyond!
WHY ARE FODILICIOUS FOODS GLUTEN & DAIRY FREE?
More and more people suffer from food allergies and intolerances so we have made the decision to make our meals ands snacks gluten free and dairy free to cater for peoples requirements.
HOW DOES THE SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE WORK?
We offer you the opportunity to sign up to a subscription to receive a regular repeat order every week or month. You have the option on the ‘check out’ page to select our subscription service and tick the relevant check box to receive your meals weekly or monthly.
You do not need to sign up to our subscription service to place an order!
IS THERE AN ADDITIONAL COST TO SIGN UP TO THE SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE?
No, there are no additional costs if you wish to sign up to our subscription service to receive repeat orders each week, fortnight or month.
WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF SIGNING UP TO THE SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE?
The benefits of signing up to our subscription service means you will receive a repeat order each week or month, so you don’t need to remember to place an order each time! Also the subscription helps you to plan your budget too! You will also receive further discounts and exclusive offers on the prices displayed shop!
CAN I ORDER AS A ONE OFF PURCHASE OR DO I NEED TO SIGN UP TO THE SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE?
You do not need to sign up to our subscription service to receive repeat orders. You can place a one-off purchase and make future purchases when it suits you.
HOW DO I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?
If you have chosen to take a subscription to receive a regular order of your chosen products each week, fortnight or month, the subscription will continually proceed until cancelled by you or us. Should you wish to cancel your regular subscription you must inform us immediately by email giving more than 5 working days notice to avoid cancellation charges. A 50% cancellation charge of the total order including delivery will be applicable if you cancel less than 5 working days.
If you wish to reschedule delivery or change your selected delivery day, please ensure you give us 5 working days prior notice. Please contact us we will be delighted to help.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Currently we deliver on a Thursday each week. Please check availability for your chosen delivery date on the ‘view basket’ page or the ‘check out’ page when you place an order. Visit our shop for further information!
WHAT IF I’M NOT AT HOME FOR THE DELIVERY
Your Fodilicious meal order is freshly prepared and hand-cooked to order and will be delivered direct to you to the address specified by you on the delivery information section on the check out form.
You will have the option to leave the parcel in a ‘safe place’ of your choice by providing further delivery instructions in the ‘Order Notes’ section on the check out form or please contact us if your plans change after placing an order.
WHAT IF I CANCEL MY ORDER?
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. A cancellation charge of 50% of the total cost of your order including delivery will be applied if you cancel within 5 working days of the delivery date on your order confirmation. This is in an effort to reduce food waste as we are a sustainable company!

HOW DO I REHEAT MY MEALS?
Please follow the cooking instructions on the pack or displayed for each in the online shop. For best results we recommend reheating the meals in a microwave as our trays are biodegradable and only suitable for the microwave.
If you wish to reheat the meals in a conventional oven transfer to a heatproof dish and ensure the meal is piping hot throughout. Please note if you choose to reheat using this method it may impact the quality of the meal and is at your own discretion.

HOW MUCH IS DELIVERY?
Our courier charge a flat rate of £6.95 to deliver anywhere in the UK and we cover the cost free of charge for large orders. This means you can order 6 meals or more and still pay the same flat fee!

DO YOU DELIVER ACROSS THE WHOLE OF THE UK?
Unfortunately we do not currently deliver to Northern Ireland and the Scottish Islands as well as the following postcodes in the Scottish Highlands:
