USE OF OUR WEBSITE
Our website is an online store with other pages available to you, the customer, to access such as information on our products and cause. These terms and conditions apply to your use of Fodilicious.com including our online store and other services that we offer.
Fodilicious Limited (“the company”) is a company registered in Scotland with registered office located at 8 Deer Park, Fairways Business Park, Livingston, West Lothian, EH54 8AF. The information provided on our website is not medical advice, or a substitute for medical treatment. All Fodilicious products and recipes have been UKAS accredited laboratory tested and are fit for consumption for the general public. They have also been tested for the food allergens we state on this website.
All Fodilicious products have been laboratory tested and certified by the FODMAP Friendly certification program awarded with the Fodmap Friendly logo. The only registered certification trademark worldwide certifying FODMAP levels in food products that have been laboratory tested to be low in FODMAP’s. This means all Fodilicious products are safe for IBS (irritable bowel syndrome) and the low FODMAP diet (all stages including the elimination stage).
We provide low FODMAP, gluten-free, vegan, nut free, soya free, allergen free food and drink products. All Fodilicious products are delivered by Royal Mail.
- All products displayed on our website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to substitute certain products with a suitable alternative contained in your order during certain circumstances.
By placing an order via our website, you declare that:
- You are aged 18 years or over
- You are legally capable of entering into contracts
- You are a resident of the United Kingdom and access our site from the United Kingdom
Once you have placed an order through our website, we will acknowledge your order by sending you an e-mail order confirmation. Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted by us. We may refuse to accept an order due to certain circumstances, for example, if we cannot authorise payment or if you are not eligible to purchase our products.
The contract between us will begin once we accept your order, where we will send you an e-mail which confirms that the products have been dispatched (dispatch confirmation). Only products which have been confirmed in the dispatch confirmation will form part of the contract. If we are unable to supply you with your chosen product, we will inform you by e-mail and will not process your order. If you have already paid for the product, we will refund you.
Prices of all our products are quoted on our website and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We take care in ensuring our pricing displayed on our website is accurate, however it is possible that details are out of date and incorrectly priced. As part of the order process, we will check prices as part of our procedures. Delivery charges will be stated clearly when you order products from our website, and are in addition to the price of our products which you have purchased from us.
It is your responsibility to provide the correct delivery name and address at the time of purchase. Your order will be delivered to the address specified on the delivery date set out on the confirmation email. Our courier service is Royal Mail who deliver UK wide. Once your order has been processed we aim to deliver your order within the timescales noted in your dispatch confirmation. Once your order has left the Fodilicious Warehouse, we will have no liability for any late deliveries out with the delivery date specified on your order confirmation. Please allow 48hrs from the delivery date specified before contacting us.
Royal Mail may not deliver the parcel if no one is present to accept the delivery. In this case, the parcel will be left with a neighbour or a ticket will be put through your letter box for you to collect at the nearest depot. We do not accept any liability for missing parcels.
We aim to deliver your order within the timescales noted in your dispatch confirmation. There may be delays which we will not be liable for, we aim to deliver within 7 days of dispatch confirmation.
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We will let you know the status of your order. If your order has not been processed we can process a refund asap. Please note a £2 cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund to cover transactional costs.
If your order has already been processed at our warehouse we will not accept cancellations. In certain circumstances we may accept cancellation if you provide a valid reason, for example you may have ordered the wrong product on our website in error. Please note cancellation requests will be considered fully by us and may incur charges of up to 50% of the total cost of your order plus delivery depending on the status of your order. This is in an effort to reduce food waste as we are a sustainable company.
We do not accept returns on food and drink products without prior written consent. Please contact us immediately by email at [email protected].
If you have chosen to sign up to the subscription service with us, which is a repeat order and delivery to you of your order each week or month this will continually proceed until cancelled by you or us.
You may cancel your subscription by giving us 2 working days prior notice which will allow us to cancel the dispatch.
If you wish to reschedule delivery or change your selected delivery day, please ensure you give us 2 working days prior notice. If you wish to do so, please contact us through our email [email protected] or by telephone.
Should you choose to cancel your subscription less than 2 working days prior notice, you will be charged a cancellation fee for the full value of the next order due. Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel your subscription by email [email protected]
We are committed to protecting your personal details and information when you register with us. Unless otherwise stated by yourself, you give us permission to share your details with carefully chosen third parties, and companies who are involved in the process of your purchase, such as our courier. Please contact us if you wish to disclose any personal details in this case we can change your preferences.
