Working From Home During Coronavirus
Dear friends of Fodilicious,
We know this is a very unsettling time for everyone due to the impacts of Coronavirus (COVID-19). However, at Fodilicious we want to let you know, our priority is the safety of our community and as a result we are following all government advice very closely.
You are most likely working from home which can be both unfamiliar and stressful. Therefore, to put your mind at ease, we have put together a list of ways on how to stay safe during these unsettling times.
STEP 1: Wash your hands regularly with soap and water to kill any viruses that may be on your hands.
STEP 2: Maintain social distancing to manage the spread of the virus. However, keep in touch with friends and family members via social networking as it is important to talk.
STEP 3: Avoid touching your face. Your hands can pick up viruses from contacting many surfaces which can transfer to your eyes, nose and mouth which can enter your body and make you poorly – and we don’t want that ☹.
STEP 4: Staying active during the pandemic is extremely important for our physical and mental well-being. Take your exercise into the fresh air by walking or hiking a new route in the bright outdoors or work on your fitness levels by creating a home gym. You do not need expensive gym equipment to keep active, create a home workout using only body weight: Yoga, Lunges, Squats, Burpees, Mountain Climbers, Push-ups or turn up the music and dance the extra calories away.
STEP 5: Eat Healthy!
